Examiners are
- Experienced in business, education, service, or healthcare management processes and results
- Knowledgeable in quality practices and improvement strategies
- Trained in a 3-day extensive preparation course and case study covering:
o Criteria for Performance Excellence
o TNCPE assessment process
o Working on a team
o Writing value-added feedback comments
- Dedicated: 50-100 hr. commitment
