Update from the November Clinic of Recertification Application
During my presentation on the Recertification Process, I was attempting to demonstrate something new with the pdf form. I was not able to make it work and I have discovered why. In order to use this feature, you must have Adobe Reader XI (version 11). You can download this free from Adobe.
The new pdf recertification form will allow you not only to type your information into the form, but then you can save the pdf with your information. This will allow you to go completely paperless. I would suggest you do a “save as” when your done, and include your name or member# in the file name.
